I care deeply about how things work, how ideas come together, how teams collaborate, and how the right creative direction can bring clarity to chaos. I’m always looking for ways to make the work smoother, smarter, and more meaningful. Here’s a bit more about how I think, what I value, and how I approach what I do.
My approach
I’m a systems thinker with a creative core. I like to start with the big picture, asking what we’re trying to solve and why, and then building a plan that connects strategy to execution. I’m energized by collaboration but value space to focus and prepare. Whether I’m organizing a content structure, refining creative direction, or planning a campaign rollout, I aim to bring clarity, momentum, and intention to the process. I’m naturally curious, enjoy exploring new tools and ideas, and thrive when there’s room to experiment with purpose.
How I think about work
I believe in thoughtful action. I don’t chase speed for speed’s sake, but I don’t let perfection get in the way of momentum either. To me, quality work is the result of trying different options, refining over time, asking good questions, and being willing to shift when something isn’t working.
How I communicate
I prefer clear, direct communication – say what you mean please. I’m quick to ask for clarification when something doesn’t make sense, and I appreciate the same in return. I value transparency, specificity, and a shared goal of moving the work forward. I try to approach all conversations with honesty, a sense of humor, and a limited amount of fluff.
What drives me
- Making the complex = simple and clear
- Creating space for designers and teams to produce great work
- Independence and control – having ownership over my work and being empowered to spend time on it
- Seeing good results from my work
Leadership
I have held formal leadership roles and managed teams while also excelling as an individual contributor. I’ve led projects, guided creative direction, and mentored colleagues across various settings. I believe in a balanced approach, knowing when to roll up my sleeves and when to step into a guiding role. For me, leadership is about creating an environment where everyone can thrive, delivering clear vision and direction when it counts, and fitting seamlessly into the role wherever I’m needed.
